Yummy for the Tummy

Yes it is that time of year again. BLUEBERRIES!!! We have about 7-8 trees in our yard. Blueberries are all over them. We have picked every evening for 3 days straight. IMAGINE. Well we have given this basket full to some friends in our church two times. I am learing to incorporate a cute cars as I do it. This card is using the Stampin Up set "Yummy". The image of the girl came from a RAK that I am in on CopicCrafters. She is colored with Copic Markers. Copics used, E33, R27, B21, V04, RV14. Which I am sloooowwllllyyy learing to use. But one day I will win. I also used the cuttlebug embossing plate With Gratitude for the flowers. The papers are from the scrap bin. I also added Close To My Heart Glitter on the stamped image.

Random Ribbon???

Ok, I know all of you have ribbon. That has gotten out of hand right? Well mine actually slithered out on my table and tried to grab me and tie me up. I had to get a better solution. No not not buy anymore. Silly thought. WHATEVER. I love my ribbon. I am a collector I guess. I am learning how to use it more on crafts.
I got ready to craft one evening and this is what I saw on the table creeping towards me!!

SCARY HUH??
We I managed to tackle that pile rather quickly. After I contained it into a sack. Yeah it was tightly secured shut!!! I rounded up every pencil I owned. And WHACK off with the points and erasers!! Proud I smiled. Now off to get that bag of tiny furry arms!! Oh did I tell ya I stashed it in the closet to keep it from getting loose? After spending the remaining evening nurturing the threads. I have them all neatly nestled back into their beloved home.
Although there is still a few remnants left to capture. They seem to be quite happy. At least I sure am.
So get in there girls and round up that wild ribbon and get that stuff contained where they belong. This process worked great for me since I don't have wall space to display them, they seem to be well contained.

One of A Kind

Made a really cute mini album. Still trying to decide on which person will get it. Humm thats a hard decision. Soon someone will know.... Well I have been collecting chipboard from note pads for a long time. I try to figure out some way to eventually use it up. This album is a 6x6 size. I covered it with some really pretty paper from a My Minds Eye slab I got from Hobby Lobby. Some of the pages inside are 3x6. I used the BIA to bind it all together. I used inks, bling, flowers, buttons, lots of ribbon all over it. I obtained some shipping tags that I also covered with pretty paper. I think it turned out great. Take a moment to check out the pics. Thanks for looking.

Time to Scrap??

Got this great clock from Heidi Swap at Scrapbook Expo 2009 in Atlanta, GA. It came in an awesome bag filled with great goodies. I have finally done something with it. But it needs more. I think. The numbers are white. I thought about painting them a "HOT PINK". Maybe even a "LIME GREEN". Who knows what it needs? I think maybe some crazy bling bling. Got any ideas as to what I can add to it? Let me know.
